Equipment Rental

Machine available for pick up at 9am and must be returned by 9am the following day to avoid late fees. Your rental entitles you to 8 hours of run time on the engine hour meter. 

Reserve the machine for multiple days by creating a One Day reservation for each day you need the machine. We will offer discounted rates at time of pick-up for extended rentals.  

Rentals must come back full of ETHANOL-FREE fuel to avoid a fuel charge. 

Equipment is expensive to maintain, repair, replace so we will protect ourselves against damage or loss. The full rental agreement details out a bunch of legal jargon but essentially, you agree to operate the equipment in a safe manner and are 100% liable for any damage or loss.

A picture ID and a credit card in the name of the person renting the equipment is REQUIRED.

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a specific calendar day.

Should you need to reschedule, please call us to coordinate moving the scheduled rental to a different calendar day.

An amount double the daily rental rate will be held on the credit card presented. The overage will be refunded when machine is returned in satisfactory condition.

Proof of insurance is required. 

 Loss Damage Waiver, also known as LDW, is an optional product that waives your financial responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to the rental machine, provided you have not violated the Rental Agreement’s Terms and Conditions. 

The LDW cost is 15% of the overall rental expense.
